What is it?

It’s a happy hour event that allows digital media professionals to gather to connect, network and share ideas and trends.

Who can attend?

KC region digital media professionals who are currently working in the digital media industry and graduates or unemployed professionals seeking jobs in the digital media industry.  Area educational instructors of digital media are also encouraged to attend.

What happens during a Digital Scene KC event?

Events are informal networking opportunities that occur around quitting time where attendees can grab a drink (beer, wine or soft drink), a snack and meet with other area digital media professionals before heading home.

In addition to casual networking time, a portion of the event is focused on sharing information related to a topic of interest to attendees.  Emphasis is placed upon new trends in the industry and topics that fill gaps in attendee knowledge.

Events are hosted at locations of interest in the KC area.  Each event is sponsored by a KC firm or organization that has a connection to the theme of that particular event.

Why do this?
